Acceptable Use Policy
You are responsible for everything you do on the Service and for all Inputs you submit and Outputs you use. You must comply with all applicable laws and with the terms of the upstream providers whose models you access. The categories below are prohibited. This list is illustrative, not exhaustive — we may act on any use we reasonably consider abusive, unlawful, or harmful.
1. Zero-tolerance: child safety
You may not use the Service to create, request, solicit, store, or distribute any content that sexually exploits or endangers minors, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualized depictions of minors (real or synthetic), or grooming. We report such activity to the competent authorities where required by applicable law and law enforcement and preserve related records as required by law. This results in immediate, permanent termination.
2. Illegal activity
You may not use the Service to plan, facilitate, promote, or carry out any activity that is illegal where you or your users are located, including the manufacture, sourcing, or distribution of illegal drugs or controlled substances.
3. Cyber abuse
- Creating or distributing malware, ransomware or spyware for abuse, or tooling or instructions intended to compromise systems without authorization.
- Unauthorized access, credential theft, phishing, denial-of-service, scanning, or circumventing security controls.
- Scraping or harvesting data in violation of law or a third party’s terms.
- Bona fide, authorized security research and testing is permitted only with documented authorization and within the law. Research tools, CTF projects and write-ups must stay within that authorization and must not expose credentials, personal data or confidential findings.
4. Fraud and deception
- Fraud, scams, phishing, spam, or deceptive mass-messaging.
- Impersonating a person or organization, or generating content intended to deceive about its origin (including undisclosed AI-generated content where disclosure is legally required).
- Payment fraud, money laundering, or chargeback abuse.
5. Violence, weapons, and extremism
You may not use the Service to facilitate violence or terrorism; to provide operational instructions for weapons, including chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear, or high-yield explosives (CBRNE); or to promote, incite, or coordinate violent extremism.
6. Harm to people
- Harassment, bullying, threats, stalking, or incitement of harm toward individuals or groups.
- Hateful content that attacks or demeans people based on protected characteristics.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual content involving real identifiable people without consent, or doxxing.
- Promotion of self-harm or suicide.
7. Privacy and data
You may not use the Service to unlawfully collect, infer, or expose personal data about others, to conduct unlawful surveillance, or to process others’ personal data without a lawful basis.
8. Intellectual property
You may not infringe copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, or other rights, including using Inputs or distributing Outputs in ways that violate third-party rights.
9. High-risk uses
Outputs are not professional advice. You may not present Outputs as, or rely on them for, medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions without qualified human review and any legally required safeguards and disclosures.
10. Platform integrity and third-party terms
- No circumventing or disabling rate limits, usage metering, billing, or security controls.
- No reselling or sharing access in violation of these terms or the upstream providers’ terms.
- Your use must comply with the terms and acceptable-use policies of the model providers your requests reach and of our payment processors.
11. Community and user-contributed content
Where the Service offers features for sharing content or communicating with others, all content and conduct must comply with this Policy. We may moderate, remove, or restrict content and accounts, and we may act on reports. Prohibited categories above apply in full to any shared or uploaded content.
12. Reporting and enforcement
Report suspected community violations using the Report action on a project page. A dedicated external abuse contact is not currently published. We may investigate, monitor for abuse consistent with our Privacy Policy, and take action including warning, rate-limiting, content removal, suspension, or permanent termination, and referral to authorities. We may preserve and disclose information where required by law or to protect people and the Service.
13. Changes
We may update this Policy. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
